1. What we collect

• The questions you type.They are sent to our AI provider (Google's Gemini API) so they can be turned into a report request. Questions are not used to build advertising profiles.
• Two small cookies. One counts your free questions (qbr_used) and one remembers that you are a paying customer (qbr_pro). No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Your email, if you contact us — used only to reply to you.

2. What we never see

• Your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Your QuickBooks password.When the QuickBooks connection launches, it will use Intuit's official secure connection (OAuth), where you log in on Intuit's own website — never ours.

3. Your financial data

Today the app answers questions about a built-in demo company. When you connect your own QuickBooks, access will be read-only: we can look at invoices and expenses to answer your questions, but we can never change your books. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your financial data to train AI models.

4. Who helps us run the service

These companies process data on our behalf, only for the purposes described:

• Google (Gemini API) — turns your plain-English question into a report request.
• Paddle — payments, invoices, and sales tax as Merchant of Record.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

5. Deleting your data

Email us at mtimothyap@gmail.com and we will delete the data we hold about you. Clearing your browser cookies removes the trial counter and Pro cookie from your device at any time.

6. Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
